so i have have been using a walkthrough for LOZ skyward sword on IGN and i noticed in the bugs and glitches section a glitch called the "game breaking song of the hero glitch" which makes the game uncompletable but the thing is most people that play the game dont know about it because you know you have to get the song parts in order or something. So what nintendo did was they put a free channel on the wii shop channel a channel for skyward sword owners, it says that people have been having problems with saving SS or something, my question is: Does this channel make the game completable?

It's a channel that repairs save data so I assume that it should.
Otherwise Nintendo would be trolling it's customers.

yes but im confused at what IGN wrote and what nintendo wrote about it.

I have a question about the actual game error... If you somehow did it in the right order, do you have to get the channel even though you did it right? I got past that part pretty easily and I had no trouble.

No. If you have no trouble progressing to the next part of the game, you should be in the clear.
