Probably already finishished and ready to shipI also believe that MS and Sony are gonna watch and see how popular the pad is to decide if they are gonna do the same. I'm sure they both have one being developed just in case.

Can't play used games: No problem I buy all my games. Also depends if that includes the single player if it's only online then I have no problem. Not everyone is the same, so I know how this can be a problem.
Not backwards compatible: Falcon Punch you Sony and Microsoft, not all launch games are awesome/great.
The Wii U is now by default the Console of choice.

I remember orbox. It it's fun...no backwards compatibility probably means Sony plans on keeping the PS3 alive for it's entire projected 10 year life span. Meaning Sony maybe still planning to support PS3 for the next 2 or 3 years while releasing it's PS4 next year. But, it's all just speculation and rumors. PS4 wouldn't need to be backwards compatible if Sony plans to keep PS3 on the market along side the PS4 for the duration of PS3's 10 year life cycle.I'm pretty sure Orbis is the name of a flash game I used to play...
