Personally, I think some who want a screen less version of the controller are the ones who want to do local multiplayer and are worried that the Wii U controller will be expensive to buy multiple ones.

Yeah, you've done a great job so far, letting the Metal Heads destroy the palace.

I don't even know what should i call it uPad seems like too much to iPad ... which is apple

Then tablet comes to mind ... i hope it doesn't sound cheap.

As a tech guy it doesn't matter to me but i want a better name established so it doesn't catch the casual buzzword of tablet, because it's a really good controler, tablets aren't even game devices ... gaming on iPhone is a joke ... apple doesn't even do gaming ... it's just a market that spawned it self.

No hate on you personally...BUT IM F-ING SICK OF IDIOTS WHO WANT A CLASSIC CONTROLLER!!!!

Wii Motes are f-ing great no b!tching allowed.

EVERY SINGLE person who has used the tablet controller says it is LIGHT and COMFORTABLE. People dont like change when it comes to controllers look at Xbox and Playstations controller basically always the same damn thing. With Nintendo ITS TIME TO MASTER A NEW DAMN CONTROLLER dont be a scared little baby.

Jeez man.

You sir got your brain in the right place. Good on you sir.

Man ... the tablet is the classic controller ... i don't get it what's people's problem, it has even more buttons than the classic one.

Sorry I just get frustrated when people constantly want more and more and more and say stupid stuff.

Jeez man.

This sums up my thoughts exactly. The controller is in every way the next evolution for the traditional control lay-out; but the issue of price (and that there's still the chance that only two will be usable at once) does mean that a standard controller could come in handy for local multi-player.

Oh I agree, a wireless one would be nice, but I just bought a red one so I'd prefer they didn't just for my own selfish reasons.

Wow that controller looks awesome in black, I have the white version and it's pretty boring.

There's one big fail to it tho: it's connected to a Wii Mote. SERIOUSLY? I hope they will make a wireless version for the Wii U, for people who don't need another screen.

They should still make a version that doesn't require the Wiimote

A third part made a Wireless CC not CPP, so you would have to buy the 5-7 dollar connectable handles.

A limit of 2 tablet controllers is fine to me.
There are only 2 people in my household who really play the consoles that I own. When I play multiplayer, it is with 2 players, so two tablet controllers is enough for me.

Time to go back under my bridge...

On topic I don't really think it's a wise decision for the Wii U to support only two tablet controllers. It is supposed to be the Wii U's main controller.

I'm imagining 3 of my friends and I playing with a UPad each. We'll look hilarious! It'll be fun anyway though.
