Either way, I'm sure we'll see it at E3.

As much as I like Nintendo Power, they really need to secure some exclusive news...they needs to stay relevant, I don't want them to disappear. D:

I actually don't think we will see any redesign if any until the presentation on Tuesday.

Pretty sure the system is redesigned...

And it might be larger than last year.

But look better and be an even more minimalist design.

Nintendo wasn't 100% ready for e3 last year.

The wii started tanking in 2010 before they thought it would, so they HAD to get things rolling for Wii U.

And Nintenso is safety first, so they highlighted the controller since they weren't sure what they wanted the console to be. That's also the reason for a major variation in dev kits. If it was up to Iwata only, we'd have another wii. But others at Nintendo want power. And the reaction after last years e3 let Nintendo know people didn't want another wii.

Nintendo listened. The hardware has changed. And pretty sure it needs to have a new enclosure for functional reasons as well as aesthetics. I'm guessing it looks kind of like a long Mac mini with the long part facing the Player. But who knows...

I think we will see it tommorow, Ubisoft and most likely EA is going to show off the Wii U at there conferences so the best way for Nintendo to fix with them breaking there NDA is to show it off tommorow.

I'd be surprised if the Wii U we see this year is the same as the one we saw last year. I think Nintendo will want it to look significantly different from the Wii.

That is very true. Remember when the announce the Wii U and we only saw the controller? I think the reason behind this was that the console was still a work in progress, so I would be shocked if we don't see a redesign!

Yeah agreed. I mean:
The hardware is surely finalized by now
Ubisoft is showcasing Wii U games tommorow
Its E3 week
They are discussing hardware today
The system is coming out this year

When you add it all up...I think we will certainly see the final Wii U console and controller today.
