I feel fairly certain that there will be control schemes selectable, or perhaps a hybrid. I really doubt that they will make it so that you have to 100% rely on motion controls...
I think the video I posted above clearly says this. Despite it being multiplayer, I'm fairly sure that a Classic Controller can be used in single player.

yeah me too, and maybe more than two player local, but, im not so sure about the whole gyrosensor aiming thing.Yeah it supports dual analog sticks through the Classic Controller Pro. I'd like online co-op with voice chat using the microphone built into the Wii U controller. And for the graphics to be massively improved. Hopefully they'll make the game harder as well.
