Also, games that require you to overlook large play spaces. Real Time Strategy games like Blizzard's main serials, Turn Based Strategy games like Disgaea and Final Fantasy Tactics, even simple jRPG games could all benefit from having an additional screen, allowing you to view multiple windows of information. The touchscreen would allow you to customise how you view them to your ends, meaning you don't have to continually flip through page after page searching for a particular type. When you have games like Fire Emblem, which possesses a lot of information for it's battles, being able to quick find that essential piece of data can enhance gameplay speed.
Games that involve drawing something. A lot of DS games can be taken to the next level if made on the Wii U, like Trauma Centre, Etrian Odyssey, Drawn to Life, Professor Layton, Phoenix Wright. That entire library was a selective for the DS/3DS (for the most part) and to bring that all into a system is an immeasurable money pile.
Even the games brought over from the current gen of consoles can be given added benefits if the developer tries hard enough.
One more type of game, would be the ever changing situation type. Whether that would be the Sims, or something smaller like Brink, basically anything with large scale maps and plenty of things to do. Lego City Stories is a hope for this kind of game. Basically, I mean MMO's with more teamwork based goals in mind.
