Joystiq has posted Engadget's (linkception) video with some detailed hands on with the Pro Gamepad.
I've gotta say it looks absolutely brilliant, as much as I love the regular gamepad.

my only thought is that i'm really glad nintendo made it because me and my friends would not be happy using 2 tablets and two wii motes playing blops

I can kinda see where the light comment comes from. My PS3 controller was surprisingly light, so it was slightly "strange" to use at first. Perhaps with bigger men, it's even weirder and feels fragile or something? But honestly I don't care, I'm more worried about heavy controllers.

Looks as ergonomic as the Xbox 360 controller. I'm cool with it. 
Well, I've got big, scary man fingers and I still get the impression that the PS3 controller was not designed for a grown man's hands.
