I will, the black one looks much more serious and matches my other tech. I personally feel if they dont realese both colours after teaseing us with them at E3 then they will anoy people by forcing fans who really want one into buying a machine they dont really want on day one, or they will lose early revenue by making customers wait for the black one. ( Like me! )

I honestly wouldn't put colour as a determining factor on my purchase. If the black Wii U isn't available at launch then I'll just get myself the white. At least I can play the Wii U.

I personnally think the black one is cool, but I really wont mind, as long as its a Wii U! Also, if they teased it, it should be ready at launch

I won't. I don't want to wait. Even if I had black I'd get all jealous of mother of pearl when it came out. I just can't be happy so unless there's black at launch. I'll settle for white.

If its supposed to be a living room device then it will stick out like a sore thumb being white. Most tv stands and entertainment centers are brown or black. Most people's DVD and blu ray players are black or silver. Most DVR and cable boxes are black or silver. It would only make senses if the wii u was black at launch.

White belongs on stoves, washing machines, toasters, and walls.

And even better, the Black model actually has a real model number while the White model just has "WII U TEST SKU"

Unless they come out with a game I absolutely have to buy beforehand I can wait. Dolphin will let me catch up on my wii games in HD and I can wait to play pikmin and mario. I also want it to match my 3DS cuz I really regret not getting a white ds lite to match my wii.

Well, my Wii will be in my room so color matching isn't a concern to me. Plus, why would I try to match it with the stand? Its purpose is to hold junk, whatever color it ends up being. It doesn't matter.
I prefer white just because black is sort of boring in comparison (the only white electronic I own is a Wii lol. Closest I have to white is a silver DVD VCR combo.) But in a case where they released only black at launch, I'd just get it. Even if my room has a lot of white dressers and stuff to hypothetically make white match better...

I'd only hold off if I knew they were gonna release a pink (light red, preferably 60% red based minimum...) within the same year or before a major game. I have a big game backlog plus a lot of my friends aren't well off so I wouldn't be missing much.

While a Black one looks cooler. There is no point in waiting for it if its not at launch. If there are black ones at Launch I will get one. If not oh well its a damn colour. White is fine it will work the exact same as the other colours in the future. If you base getting a system on its colour thats just abit sad. Plus white will stick out more then just having another black system to blend in with my 360...

You honestly think the Non Specific Action Figure thing is over? Oh my dear boy it has only just begun. It will last the Wii U's entire life span. Or until he is confirmed to be a playable character in Super Smash Bros Universe.

it doesn't matter to me what color it is, black, white, red, green, purple, blue, polka dots, the only color i would wait for is plaid but i highly doubt it'll come in plaid
