It's funny because those kind of statements actually DO work. I already hear people saying things like that around my city. Younger gamers today (mainly console gamers) didn't grow up playing Mario and Nintendo games, they grew up with Halo, CoD, and the original Xbox (or ps2). These young gamers are convinced that graphics mean everything in gaming and they are sold HARD to their Xbox brand. It's kind of sad that someone would dismiss all of the Nintendo's games, with some of the richest gaming history in the entire world, because it just isn't shiny enough for them. For shame, gentlemen, for shame.

Surely if Microsoft has made a false claim about the wii u specification they would be vulnerable to Nintendo taking legal action.

Surely if Microsoft has made a false claim about the wii u specification they would be vulnerable to Nintendo taking legal action.
Nintendo isn't near as sue-happy as most other companies are.
I seem to remember Microsoft trying to sue the pants off of Nintendo based on the little plastic device that holds the Wii's sensor bar up. o_o

Why wasnt anyone smart enough to quickly reply That it was built after the 360 was out which means it's using more up-to-date Chips and such which surpass all consoles?

Either Microsoft is full of idiots who don't know how to read specs, or they are doing their usual undermining act...
I think we all know MS has very bright people working for them. Honestly has always been a different story however.
MS still has Kinects to sell and Wii U tech to rip off.
