I've got TOO many suggestions. There's a lot of things I like, and that includes some posts. Almost every day, I run out of likes. Can you increase just a smudge more/remove it all together. 20 likes would be fine.

You keep finding limits I never even knew about. 
It's probably set low to stop people spamming the likes for everything and anything.

Oh c'mon! Pwease? *puppy face* I mean, can the admins raise just a little bit? 15? I would prefer 20, but I can accept 15.

I thought I had this set to something higher than 10.
Good suggestion. I went ahead and raised the limit to an unrealistically high number (unfortunately, IP.Board doesn't give me the option to remove the limit entirely).
