As far as I know, the forums are accessible from Smartphones and Tablets. I don't have a 3DS, so I'm not too sure about that. What comes up when you access the forums, if anything at all?

But everyday I enter in this site with the 3DS. The only thing I can't do is quote the post of someone.I cant...not even on my 3ds...

I use my smartphone 99.9% of the time. When I get on the site I'm on the mobile version but then I switch it to the full site which is the regular version.
I shower you with coconut cream pies.

When you get onto the mobile version of the site from your smart phone, tablet, or 3DS, I would recommend that you switch over to the desktop version. You will have a much easier time with that version.
Be wary, the suck is coming.

I'm using my nexus 7. The 3ds browser sucks so I wouldn't recommend using it.

On the wii browser it's impossible to scroll to the bottom and switch to the mobile version, but then I realized when you press 2 it show more of the page an turn it smaller on that page I scrolled down and chose mobile, then I exited out of the 2 mode and it was on the mobile version. There might be a feature like that on 3ds.

As everyone else as already said (and what I'm about to say again now) make sure you switch to the mobile version of the website.
You can find it on the bottom-most left of any page you are on here; under 'Change Theme'.

If you keep having problems, check to see if theres an update for your 3DS. It's a weak attempt, but it may....or may not, help lol.
