Yeah, I had to do this whole thing on Photoshop Essentials, which is a really cheap awful version of Photoshop. It doesn't even have the Pen tool or Layer masks.

It looks so pre-built. The frame is weird for a website, and the image is too big.
The rest isn't that great considering it's near identical to Cerb's.

The baackround looks like a blue picture frame, and the website looks like a picture inside of a frame.Ok, not sure what to say about the first part, but referring to Cerb's, I liked his so I used some of what he had in his.
