Getting a time-up in the middle of a fight is the most annoying thing.

I've had that happen a few times, but they were mostly from the Duramboros offline quest when you first meet Kayamba. That's pretty hard the first few times because you don't have any Shakas to distract, and it feels like it has a ton of HP

Has anyone tried the two multiplayer function using the 3DS yet? Just curious how well it worked as to wether I get it on the portable too.

As in 3DS to Wii U? Works as well as Network mode imo.

I need a little help, I just finished the Sand Barioth and Naracuga High rank quest in Mogo village. I know I need to talk to the Argosy captain to unlock the rest of the quests, but it seems he has disappeared. He has not returned for some time now and I would like to continue on my hunting. Is there a way to get him to come back? I haven't sent him out on any quest either.

I wish he didn't take off on his own, cause if he visits all three destinations without a power or perfect paddle, seems like he's gone forever. To the best of my knowledge he should return eventually. Just do do easy quests multiple times to make the days pass and he should be back.

Uh can anyone solve my problem? I'm kind of stuck in the village missions, ive done everything in the 5 star mission or whatever and it doesn't assign me a new mission at all,is that it? Am I finished with the single player missions and move on to the online hunter rank missions? I already got full Lagiacrus armor and I know there is multicolored monsters.

For those of you haven't seen this yet.

There's a difference between four people fighting a monster, and a team fighting a monster. This is a team. A team of professionals at that. Though I suppose it is only a high rank alatreon.

Taking a look at the monster hunter wiki, at five star, you have to do the following:

Complete quest "Lord of the seas" or "Heat Exhaustion"

Complete quest "Shakalaka Savior II"

Complete Quest "The Desert Gourmand" or "Walk n Roll"

Fulfill villager request "The Ancient Mask" then go behind the waterfall at the farm to collect the mask

Complete both "The Wrath of Rathalos" and "A Bard's Tale"

Fulfill villager request "One Chance"

Complete quest "the Volcano's fury"

Complete quest "Save Moga Village"

Complete quest "Poison Control"

At that point you should unlock 6 star with its high rank quests.
