I personally surprised that the premium pack is only $428 in Australia, I thought it would be at least $450-550 lol...
By the way, I am getting the premium pack at launch day ^^

I think its pretty obvious that the Wii U can run graphics better than current-gen as it has newer shaders (lighting and shadows hugely improved), GPGPU (better physics/post processing) and a ton of RAM (higher resolution textures, less texture pop up). Oh and that is all while outputting an extra FWVGA framebuffer to the gamepad.
Just look at ZombiU, there is some stuff going on there with lighting and post processing that I do not believe PS3 or Xbox 360 can do.
Then there is the cost of the gamepad itself, which people seem to be forgetting.
