The lack of history (via google search) is scary. Their ebay page checks out well, though they don't seem to sell what they do on the site you posted. Honestly, you should really try and get in contact with them via phone and ask them questions. Also, if you can find a better place, I would call the bank and cancel the charge before it's processed.
