There's no Nintendo network logo though?
I honestly think Rovio messed up for releasing it for $29.99 as retail for 3DS when they could have done it for $4.99 on the eShop and made more money (Most of the portion goes to Rovio, while as the retail release instead goes all to Activision (With the Platform fee to Nintendo, then they pay Rovio for the amount that they worked)

Wow, that's just plain dumb, the game itself is awful, and now there asking 40$ for it?? Anyone smell ripoff??

I actually bought the PS3 version of the game, but it was on sale so I only paid about $5. I don't know what they were thinking with that $40/$30 price. The game itself isn't bad in my opinion, it's just too expensive.
As for DLC, I think it'll just be the same updates the iOS versions get. Or possibly adding more games like Angry Birds Space.
