What a con!

If you've preordered the Zombi U bundle, you won't get Nintendo Land! I'm so peeved off!

Most people are confused by this bundle.
Nintendo did a crap job explaining the bundle at Nintendo direct, and they didn't even tell us anything about it, All they said was there was going to be a ZombiU bundle. Great job Nintendo.
And then places like Amazon and game listed the game as included and have since taken it down WITHOUT telling the people who have pre-ordered.
If you have pre-ordered from one of these sites and want to change I would contact them about it. It seems allot of people are complaining about it on the Amazon website and are really pissed about it.

It's not £30 extra, it's £50 extra for me because I preordered from GAME. And yes, I did expect this to come with Nintendo Land, because the premium bundle comes with Nintendo Land, full stop.
I thought I was paying an extra £50 to get the extra game and the controller, and that's how it was coming across around the place. It says on the GAME website and other websites that it's the PREMIUM bundle, so if it's the premium bundle, why have they taken out the game.

Nintendo should be selling the premium version in that case then, as "premium version + Nintendo Land", not "Premium version comes with Nintendo Land".

I'm paying £350 for my bundle. Think I'll cancel with GAME and go elsewhere, just to save me some money, but I don't really want to buy online.

Where is the cheapest I can get the premium bundle?

This has already been established and discussed before. Whilst it would have been nice to have got both I don't know why you're so upset. It's a separate limited edition bundle for the EU and includes what is most likely a better game as well as a pro controller. It's not the standard deluxe/premium bundle that comes with Nintendoland with Zombi U and the pro controller bundled as well and was never meant to be that. I'm getting the same bundle and whilst I would have liked to get both games I'm really not bothered.

Then you're buying from the wrong place. Besides getting Zombi U and a pro controller is a much better value then just getting Nintendoland. It's only £28 more at Shop To. Yes some retailers didn't make it exactly clear and nor did Nintendo but did you really expect to get two full price retail games and a pro controller for that much more.

I'm actually so disappointed in Nintendo right now, how they can reel their customers in, and screw them over like that.

I'm just gonna have to stick with GAME and the Zombi U bundle, because I cannot be bothered dealing with the stress of changing the preorder yet again.

You seem to be confused. These are not retail bundles. These are Nintendo specific bundles. The two standard bundles are the white basic one that doesn't include Nintendoland or the various other accessories like stands. The other one is the deluxe/premium black bundle which does include the stands, charge cradle and Nintendoland. The Zombi U bundle is the same as the regular black deluxe/premium but it includes Zombi U and a pro controller instead of Nintendoland. This is a special bundle put together by Nintendo in conjunction with Ubisoft.

Some retailers did initially list the Zombie U bundle as including Nintendoland which had since been corrected. Whether it was a mistake on the retailers part or Nintendo not giving them the right information is anyone's guess. The fact that GAME is charging £350 for the Zombi U bundle when other online retailers are charging around £325-£330 is because they typically charge more for the products.

The problem behind the varying pricing between retailers is because in the EU by law for reasons I don't know Nintendo cannot set a fixed MSRP. Why Microsoft and Sony can I don't know.

I have no idea who is the cheapest in local retail stores. I've preordered mine from Shop To. Is there a reason why you don't want to order online ?

Because it's more of a bother to return products when you've bought them online, whereas you can just take it straight back to the store when you've bought them on the high street.

Fair enough but that's the extra price you pay for that option. Buying online is typically cheaper because the retailers have less overheads but then returning can be an issue. That said most retailers make it fairly straight forward to return products. You have to decide what your priority is - saving money or easy returns.

shopto or zavvi look cheapest online but I presonally wouldnt risk delivery on a console launch day

It's common sense that they aren't going to be giving you nintendo land for free, and like someone already mentioned in this thread, it doesn't cost £50 more, seems like you should do more research before buying anything.

Is that my fault? No. GAME should have done their research not me, don't tell me that I should have done my research, when it's the people selling the products who should have done.

I'm not the only one peeved off about this, because many of us were led to believe that we would still get Nintendo Land.

39.75@ zavvi cheapest nintendoland i can see.if you are really close to an argos it may be worth pre ordering the zombi u bundle and getting in on the 10 pound voucher per 100 pound spend or whatever the current offer is voucher probably cheapest way to get it.

Oh yeah and be out of pocket by £20 when I can't get a refund on deposits, good one.

Argos basically don't do refunds/replacements on console electronics, once the seal is void. They are absolutely awful.
