I considered reporting the old topic bump, but I've decided that on this rather boring night I'd take your question seriously.
Link does have the capacity to talk, at least the capacity to say things aloud. I don't think all the "HYAAAAAARGH!!!!!"'s are gas escaping his lips very loudly every time he decides to swing his sword in massive circles.
There are also instances where NPC's he talks to receive information from him, using the "..." as a way of that character listening to whatever Link is telling them.
And then there's "Well, excuuuuuuuuuuuse me, Princess". That's also technically Link.
Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON
