Im glad I didint get the regular wii remote I will just wait for the wii u branded 1 it is nice to have the sync button on the outside of the controller.

Yeah I agree I think the packing has a u on it but the wiimote its self should have a u on it.They should have put a "U" on the front of the remote.
we really need a nintendo direct bad.

yeah but its on the inside which is a pain cause you have to take the cover off the wii u has it on the outside for easy accessI have this on a Wii remote plus I bout like 6 months ago... This isn't new.

I dont get what the big deal is. I believe i only sync my controllers a hand full of times. Mainly because i took them to a friends house. But either way it only takes a sec to pop the back and push the button.
Then once its sync its all done.

That reminds me of my brother in law. He went to add a new controller. And you know it says press 1 and 2 simultaneously. He was other there pressing 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, really fast.
Then i said what are you doing, your suppose to press them both at the same time.
Then he all like ive been doing it like this since i got the wii i didnt know that. .Always wonder why it took a min to sync.
I guess he can never get those mins of his life back......

That's really good. I only have one white Wii remote and I'm getting deluxe so I might as well buy 4 black Wii U branded controllers.

Sure does... If you multiply the total of 4 times I have ever had to sync a Wiimote by 10 seconds, that's 40 seconds of my life I will never get back. I'm so glad that will never happen again!geez why didnt they think of this years ago... i could have saved so many precious seconds... it adds up over time
