WOW what a rude response! This is perhaps the reason making or breaking my decision to buy the wiiu, and instead of researching I thought I'd gain what knowledge other Nintendo fans have. But thanks for your impotent response!

I'm pretty sure you can play Mass Effect 3 only on the Gamepad.

From what i know is.
You can play cod bo2, ac3, mario, rayman, and mass effect 3 from the game pad. (maybe more but thats what i know)
Also there has been no word on if you can play VC games or even wii games from the gamepad.
We will just have to wait and see what happens with nintendo and the game developers.

Practically all the Wii U titles, including those for the Wii U eShop, will have Gamepad functionality.
Since Nintendo hasn't thoroughly discussed the state of Virtual Console, it's unconfirmed.
I also doubt any Wii title to have functionality through simple backwards compatibility. The Gamepad functions need to be programmed into the game as well.

I would automatically assume that all games from the eShop and Virtual Console can run on the GamePad.
Due to a lack of info. and confirmation nothing can really be set to stone for this question.

Wii games cannot be played on the GamePad screen -- that goes for Virtual Console titles as well.

Dont quote me on it but i did hear somewhere that it would be playable on gamepad and would work as the ps3/x360 ver. but i could be wrong on the ac3 tho
