also for people who want it to be a bit further, he says this
"I live in a pre-war condo in Brooklyn New York. The walls are thick. My WiFi router, which is in my bedroom, can't get its signal through more than two walls"
so you may be able to get a bit more. we'll have to wait and see.

If I wanna play in bed, I'm just gunna plugin the Wii U in my room, not like you need a TV for most games........... unless the game I wanna play doesn't let me use the GamePad

My wireless router is down stairs in my garage and i can still get a signal at the very back end of the 2nd floor in my house. Luckily not to many walls in-between as its a fairly open living home.
