what game do you think will be the first game to sell a million units world wide for the wii u.

If we're counting pack-in titles, Nintendoland. If not, NSMBU.

nintendoland should come with every console...it's something i'd play if i had it, with my wife etc...but i can't see me spending £40-50 on that separately.
i suppose it's going to be down to the types of 'gamers' buying the Wii U. i'd class myself in the 'hardcore', and so ZombieU is a 1st buy for me. i think that will be up there, along with black ops 2. that will prob be number 1 seller thinking about it.

Apart from Nintendo Land, which seems to be the most commonly bundled title, I would have to say NSMBU since it's Mario and that always sells...

Sure the game has a lot of interest but do you really see it selling more than NSMBU?

I hope games like Batman, ZombiU, Aliens, and Assassin's Creed do really well.
I think the big seller will be Mario. Everyone buys Mario.

I can't see those ports doing very well, most people would have already bought/will buy for their current system.

Not necessarily, if you look at the sales of those games they aren't nearly as high as the number of people who want to own them since not everyone buys every game they want when it comes out of course. That's why game of the year editions are released a year after the original and still do well, games like Assassin's Creed 3 and Darksiders 2 are coming out on Wii U mere months after the other launches, no where near everyone who wanted them owns them yet. I know four people who want AC3 but simply haven't gotten round to buying it, two of them are buying the Wii U version and the other two easily could if they decide to get the system

Sure it would be good to see third party titles do well on the Wii U but realistically those ports that you mentioned probably wont be the ones to do that.

Ass creed, aliens and zombiu would.

Because ass creed will only be a week or two wait, if you have wiiu pre-ordered you might be of the mindset to wait.
aliens will be on it around the same time as the others, and will be the best looking according to the developer.
zombiu is exclusive, and looks good.

They won't outsell a powerhouse of the industry that's been around selling 20 and 30 million copies for 30 years, and appeals to the new market as well.

I'm going with Nintendo Land, NSMBU, and there could be a fair chance ZombiU might make it to one million first.

I just hope Tekken Tag 2 and NG3 does well, the devs did put effort into giving people a reason to purchase the Wii U versions of the games.

Probably Nintendo Land, New Super Mario Bros. U or SiNG Party. Possibly ZombiU too.
