I think Luigi's Ghost Mansion could be like one of those rides where you sit in the cart and you have like a gun and you point and shoot at things except on this ride your using a version of the poltergost to suck up ghosts and who ever has more by the end wins(between you and whoever your sitting next to)
Animal Crossing could be like a small villages with a train (for kids) and it would take you around a town and it would have like animatronic characters from AC who will wave or make gestures ect. when you pass, and also the village could have a boat ride that moves quickly(like a river rapid ride) that goes around the village.
Starfox attraction could be a 360 degree and the dome is all screens (similar to Sea Worlds Turtle Trek) dome theater and the seats could be on a platform that can rise, descend and move side to side and make you feel like your in an aircraft, so essentially it could be like a 4D show.
A Mario ride could be called Mario's Nabbit Chase, which could be like a "Crazy Mouse" ride.
My last idea would be for a Kid Icarus attraction and it would work similarly to the Starfox attraction that your in a 360 dome but instead of sitting in a 4D type, you would get tossed around in a robotic arm ride which would give the illusion of flight.
