Disappointing. I really wanted to try TVii right away. Oh well, playing all those games will keep me busy ;)

Oh, what a pleasant surprise! Netflix will be available at launch, just not a part of Nintendo TVii. (Source.)

Now I'm not that bothered about all of this. If Nintendo feels that they should spend more time on it to make it a better experience, I'm all for it.

This kind of sucks..but at the same time...I will be to busy playing games to care about this stuff at launch..so I don't care to much as long as the December window sticks...

Netflix was reconfirmed for launch.

Technically since the Wii YouTube app will work on the Wii U ( in Wii Mode of course), we'll have that until a true Wii U YouTube app arrives.

Meh, I'm going to be occupied with so many games I probably wouldn't dedicate much time to Tvii. I'll just watch tv on my regular tv as I always have. Sad to see a nice little launch feature delayed though, at least it wasn't the eShop.

As far as I'm aware the Wii mode is only for playing Wii games and none of the other options or software that come with Wii will be available. Essentially it's a Wii emulation mode.
