Ok. Just want to let people see that not is all gloom and doom. People are claiming to be canceling orders (don't see why...there is a warranty).

I plugged in my GamePad. Connected system. Turned on power and followed instructions.

Mine works....anybody else?

First off thank you for starting a POSITIVE forum, and my Wii U works wonderfully. I had no problems whatsoever.

no big issues with the hardware so far, but i am a bit disappointed i can't use the GamePad in the bathroom...

Mine works no problem (knock on wood). Made it through the system update, NSMBU update and Black Ops 2 update. Got it synched with my wifi network easily, as well. Only issues are lag when opening apps/games (everyone is experiencing this) and Miiverse errors (again, not the system I don't think).

How did I forget to try this yet? My bathroom might just be close enough that it'll work.

Im glad you posted this its going to seem like theres a lot of bad wii us out there but thats because none usually post that there system is working fine you only get posts of the ones that are bad but there is probably way more that work than dont work. This is what happens when you have little kids working at factorys building wii us and the fact that they rushed to get inventory out quality controle took a back seat probably. I hope my system is ok tommorow I dont see why i would have problems but you never no.

If I can remember, I'll tell you once I sell my Wii and grab a Wii U! (My mom decided last minute that I had to sell my Wii before I could get a Wii U. )

I think a poll would be better so it's easier to see which way it goes, FOR Wii U or against them.

Already made one.
so far most have not had a problem.

Mine is just fine. I think most of the complaints I hear from reviewers is just biased overdrawn BS.

Mine froze twice but hasn't done it since. Since then it's all been good and loving every minute playing my Wii U.
