Hopefully Nintendo do this, I'm not sure how they'd achieve it though?

You should be more respectful.

I have sold my Wii U, so if I deleted you from NN before I sold it, or haven't accepted your friend request since, this is why.

Eh, I wouldn't worry so much as to how long these combined updates will take for those who've yet to obtain their Wii U's. Let's just be happy that Nintendo's actually trying to fix their mistakes. c:

Hopefully this rumor is true so people won't have to worry about their games freezing.

This better be real. My system hasn't even arrived yet and I'm already scared for what's to come.

In uk does it matter which order these updates get applied? I mean is it better for this to be added after the first big day one update to the OS?

Dont want to patch this before the big one do we? What im getting at is IF 'tendo release this patch before the 30th....??

>that feel when I haven't even been able to do the initial update due to server overload.
But yeah, I finished a race in Sonic & Allstars racing and it froze. Went to try updating again, and it froze between menus. -_-

I imagine that any fixes from a new patch will either mean a slightly larger patch for us UK users, or concurrent patches, ie large initial patch with a smaller one straight after.

system order.
Your be on ver 1
Then the main update will be 2.0
While the patch will be like 2.1
So when your system checks it will download in ver order.
Its how its how ots always been for updates and patchs.
Now they can make a 2.2 that includes the main update and the patch.

So dont worry it will update you right.

I know this is to come, but hopefully it will be sooner rather than later..

Is it possible for loading times to be improved via patches?
