Waluigi has become an iconic and comical character since his debut in mario tennis, at first I never really liked Waluigi but since then he's grown on me. I thought his debut in Mario tennis and Mario party made him cool, he was like this new villian, but of course it never stayed this way. I also feel he needs to be impremented into the wario series as a partner for Wario, before getting his own game.
