There are several reasons why I havent been on much lately.
1.Waaaay too many people complaining about hardware issues. Yes,it gets severely annoying after a while.
2.Haters.
3.No one wants to do matchmaking. Thats one of the reasons I joined.
4.The chat is too dead.
I hope to god they fix any issues with the Wii U because I found Xbox sites less annoying right after the RROD. At least they remained positive for change.

I didn't know this forum even existed anymore.
Hostility towards negativity - Where have I seen that before? Practically everywhere gaming related. Some people just can not handle what they're such big fans of being criticized. I figure this would be no different with the Wii U. I'm not shocked to hear that it isn't.
The Wii U is getting pounded by the media, which makes the fans more angry. Honestly, I really don't care. I don't have much faith left in the system. It just looks like Wii 2.0 to me, and has absolutely nothing of interest in the way of games at this point or for anywhere in the foreseeable future. It's a sad day, but for once, I'm going to say that even though it'd probably be easy to get a Wii U for Christmas/birthday, I'm not going to ask for one. It's not worth it.

Suggest solutions instead of complaining more.
Inform newer members of the search function.
Cease hostility instead of pandering it on.
If you see threads becoming off topic, rail them back on topic.
Etc.
Be the solution, not the a part of the problem.

I blame everyone.
Because we are a community.
We will take the blame together.
We are legion.

Things do seem a little more hostile nowadays, but I'm sure by January 1st the site will be pretty much back to normal, except we'll probably be celebrating the new year.

I remember that, I thought it was hilarious!
They didn't get the sarcasm or even properly read your post. I was so confused at the hate xD

I was actually wondering I've been less inclined to visit the forums lately. The complaints listed here explain sooo much. Dead chat, too many specs threads (from a person who's actually interested in them), too many... weird newbies.
