Nah, I wouldn't be upset. The only thing I care for is that the launch title is a good game.

The only thing I can see coming is a Wii Sports U sort of thing or Pikmin 3.

Definitely won't be Mario, especially as it's only in the thinking stage at the moment.

Idk i guess they just don't appeal to me anymore. I don't like many of them because of the atmosphere of them, of course i'm not saying i like the atmosphere of those overated Fps. But I like the scary or mysterious atmosphere in a a game which is why i played amnesia :(

They need at least one at the launch of the Wii U, with that they'll be able to sell more systems at launch XD

Simirlarly, but not quite the same I wish there were a few more maturer Nintendo titles. I'm not saying Mario and Yoshi are babyish I just wish there was a bit more depth to their games... I don't know it's hard to explain.

Yeah, Pikmin 3 has been in development for a while, and Wii Sports can easily be made

Games that refuse to use Gameplay effectively to do anything are like films that refuse to use cinematography in film to do anything.

I would be, it's bad enough that the 3DS didn't get any plat-formers like Mario. Last thing we need is Nintendo to launch the Wii U without a Mario or Pokemon game. :D

I think not having big 1st party games will be a good way to help 3rd parties. Since it's not good business to be overshadowed by the Icon of games Mario.
