Graphics are not important, it's all about gameplay, however we really need to get some games that will at least be approved by the less intelligent gamer demographic that solely believe that graphics=good game.
Hopefully when we finally do get to see the next Zelda on WiiU it will be somewhere around the quality of the tech demo or better.
Graphics are amazingly important, i'm more referring to aesthetics rather then the technical side of things. Would Dark Souls be half the game it is without it's amazing art design.... probably not.
i wanna see frostbite 2 on this system see what it can really do that engine is an absoloute beast.
If you can have a look at a pc maxing it out. I have doubts that the wiiU will be able to be on that level.

Project Cars is a next gen game nuff said.
God I hope this looks as good as the PC version I played! Think it will be a great game if they tighten it up a bit could be Wii u's gran turismo or forza!
Also, I know it outs not a next gen Game nor does it have any Wii u specific graphics enhancements that I know of but sonic all stars transformed looks stunning. If a current gen game can look this good I can't imagine a true next gen game. The water portions are mind glowingly beautiful

wasn't there a rumor on Wii u Daily that said that Nintendo was making a facing sim a while back? That genre is the only one that Nintendo doesn't have a franchise in, with the exception of a dedicated fpsGod I hope this looks as good as the PC version I played! I will not die until I achieve something. Even though the ordeal is high, I never give in. Therefore, I die with no regrets~Ikaruga Prologue

I'm telling you it's a direct port of the other versions. They all have the same detail.take a look at the water effects its the little things that you dont really notice until you look hard enough.

the screenshots I think must be PC , and I would bet WII U will most closely hit the PC quality compared to the other consoles.

Those look great but they are all obviously from cutscenes.I think Sacrilegium will show the WII U off. Its cross platform but I think its texture quality and effects will outshine the XBOX and PS3 versions. If you go to the site

Unfortunately Nintendo seems out of the loop when it comes to such titles. Hopefully Retro Studios will pull something out of it's behind with it's "Untitled Project"

You must be used to first gen Wii Graphics, those are easily real time shots. If you look at them you can tell
the geometry is not super high poly, what is making those scenes so great are first and foremost scene design,
then beutiful high res textures, finally some good shaders for lighting and shadows.. I see nothing that had to be
pre rendered.
