This error code comes up when I try to link up my son and daughters network ID's. It says their ID's cannot be used because it has not been confirmed by a parent or guardian.Then directs me to support.nintendo.com but it doesn't look like my error code is listed yet. I already have set up the parental controls using a credit card and got charged the .50 cents. I also have spent hours on the phone with almost every department over there trying to resolve the issue with no luck and they eventually sent it to an administrator over at Nintendo and I have to wait for the administrator to contact me. Any information would be incredibly useful if anyone has already dealt with this error code.
