All in all, brilliant Nintendo Direct. Can't wait for 3D Mario, Mario Kart and SSB4 at E3.
and did you notice the only major developer not mentioned was Retro?
Retro will most likely be at E3. And you know their game's gonna be some top notch stuff, so the wait's entirely worth it I think.

Online or co op. I don't like the sound of either.
You don't. But others do. As long as it doesn't affect the development of the Single Player, I'm fine with it. They already tried multiplayer with Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks. It wouldn't hurt to try it on the Wii U Zelda. I'd like to see Co-Op dungeon completely separate from the main game. It would be pretty neat to see challenges that would require 2 people to complete in a dungeon.
But these are just my ideas. It's all up to the Zelda team.

Miyamoto knows what he is doing, you wont have to play multi-player if they make it multi-player. In which case, don't play multi-player.Online or co op. I don't like the sound of either.

I hope so. With gamecube games added to VC, the Wii-U would be a force to be reckoned with.
considering wii VC fatured some games form competetor systems... it would be funny to see PS or xbox on there.
With all the new game mentions I was surprised that they did not mention that racing sim from the Blur developer.
this might have been a mini game showoff before E3 to conter no/bad game arguments that poped. up but they are also bring more better support too.
and did you notice the only major developer not mentioned was Retro?
i noticed. they better me making one of the better games.
as for mario, i hope but doubt we will see sunshine/N64 style mario.

Im going to call the Yoshi game Yoshi's Epic Cloth or something like that cause it looks like it is made out of cloth
Yeah you could see the stitch lines
It looked like little big planet with yoshi in it.
It looked like little big planet with yoshi in it.
It seems like its influenced by the Wii game Kirby's Epic Yarn and may well be a 2D platform game in the same style.
That Yoshi game... The art style is horrid. I like the sound of windwaker remake though
I disagree it looks great and as I already mentioned its in the same style as Kirby's Epic Yarn which was a great game.
I think 101 is going to catch people by surprise. I think it will be better than people assume.
Looks like phantasy star to me.
Looks like phantasy star to me.
I don't think so. It looks pretty average and mediocre to me.
101 looks dreadful imo
I wouldn't go that far but its nothing special by the looks of it.

You might but don't assume everybody agrees. I certainly don't. Zelda is a single player game and does not need nor should not have any kind of multiplayer including co-op.

Regardless it shouldn't have multiplayer. The focus should be 100% on single player because that's what the Zelda games are all about.

You can have focus but still have additional content. And Zelda games aren't about single player, they are about the adventure, singleplayer or multiplayer.Regardless it shouldn't have multiplayer. The focus should be 100% on single player because that's what the Zelda games are all about.
You know, there was this game, Four Swords Adventure. It was a multiplayer Zelda, and I loved it!

Actually Four Swords was a spin off and not a typical or traditional Zelda game. And on additional content in the form of any kind of multiplayer is not needed and shouldn't be done. Traditionally Zelda games are about single player and all the main console versions have been. That's the way it should stay. There is no place for multiplayer in a traditional Zelda game.

I wasn't talking about Four Swords, I was talking Four Swords Adventure. Yeah, they were similar but one was better, the Gamecube one.Actually Four Swords was a spin off and not a typical or traditional Zelda game. And Sure it wasn't traditional, but it was a good game with lots of great Zelda elements making it feel like a Zelda game, but with friends! Sure it wasn't better than the other "traditional" Zelda games, but how long will we enjoy Zelda if they play it safe. I'm not saying it should be multiplayer, I think that we should open our minds to new possibilities and new ideas for old franchises so they don't get stale (After all, thats how Guitar Hero died), it could be great, and maybe even better than what we currently have, but we will never know if they don't try something new.

Where did I assume that everybody agrees with me? I just said "others".
