Skyrim. 
I was walking along a path with Cicero, (the dark brotherhood jester companion),
when we found 3 imperial guards humping the crap out of the asphalt in the middle of a road.
Man, that was the best glitch I've ever encountered so far.

Running away from a giant in Skyrim whilst looking at him, got hit from behind by another giant, that was before the patch so I got a suprise visit to the moon lol, srsly tho, scared the crap out of me lol.

World of Warcraft...the early days. My biggest pet peeve was when I would group up with people for a dungeon and while most of us would travel to the dungeon, usually one person would be super lazy and wait for us to get there and summon them.
So one specific day the one guy was an idiot who says he only does dungeons if he gets summoned. Well the rest of us swam out to the farthest and deepest part of the water we can reach before being fatigued. The warlock cast underwater breathing on us and we swam to the bottom. Warlock opened a summoning portal and we summoned him and let him drown. Funniest moment in a game for me.

The Walking Dead had it's sweet little bits of comedy with Clementine, for example:
Lee examines a brick, and Clementine say's that it is a salt licker, "But don't lick it, it's nasty."
