- It's super duper early in development, it's very "bare bones" at the moment.
- It's being developed using the Unreal 4 engine.
- It's a new IP, (currently) So it's something we haven't seen yet from them.
- It's an FPS
- It's multiplatform (duh) but the only version I specifically heard about was the Wii U version
- Supposedly their PS4 devkits recently had a meltdown and they're awaiting new ones.

Sounds pretty neat, hopefully we see it soon!

I do hope it'll be something in the general direction of Aliens: Colonial Marines, though. I'm not very big on the Borderlands humor.

gearbox and unisoft so far are the first american companies trying to catch wiiU support early. japan jumped on imediatly.
PS4 kit meltdown... somehow im not surprised. sony likes pushing raw looking power at 10% effiecency.

Since it's a rumor, it means there's a 50% chance it's false.

i was hopping for borderlands instead of a new IP. so better be a good new IP.

BUT Neogaf, B3D, and other "SO CALLED" tech sites said Wii U couldnt run Unreal 4... HA!
epic games came out later and said it can, but intended it for next gen. earlier in the year it was found out that unreal 4 was designed around the gen after next gen. and tryied to get sony and microsoft to up specs. now they made it scaleable so it can run on androids, or any modern peice of hardware.

i was talking about borderlands 3, not 2. which hasnt come out yet.
Is the IGN forums the source?
so far yes, i accepted it as 75%-85% chacne of being false.

Since its IGN (Neogaf is basicly the only forum to even remotely care about when it comes to info like this due to their strict policy on kicking out the lyers) i would say 99.9% chance of being false.so far yes, i accepted it as 75%-85% chacne of being false.
Especially since Gearbox isnt even are making Aliens: Colonial Marines for Wii U. Demiurge Studios is.

it was started by a random furom. low chance based on chance the person knows someone working on it. but there is a decent chance of that bieng right purly by conncidence, but not the actual rumor.
