Yeah, I have no doubt Ancel has done his protesting of the pushback behind closed doors and gotten no where with Ubi, except the release of a demo. They are obviously not happy to see their hard work shelved for zero reason.

Agreed, if he does get fired he will have no problem either finding another job or doing what IW did and starting a new dev company and signing with a different publisher.

There are a lot of "Ubisoft-can-not-restore-this-I-will-never-buy-rayman-again" voices on the web. I believe that we should stick behind the "petitions", "voice-of-the-fans" and the outcry of "Ancel and his devs". The only way to do that is actually buy the damn game if it is released in Februari. Not doing that will be childisch and will not only destroy our outcries in the future but will destroy the freedom of Ancel and his devs. Giving those stupid marketeers the "see, we told you so".
So my advice would be: if these actions turn into results and the game gets released in feb. Forget your pride and just buy this piece of history.

Good for him. You never see this kind of this from a dev team, so it's great to see such a prominent player in the industry stand up for his team, and his work. Kudos to him for this, he's earned a lot of respect from me with this.

Rayman may never be the same, but real talent is much harder to come by than any particular IP.

I'm not mad because Rayman Legends isn't exclusive, and I'm not mad that the game was delayed: I'm mad because it was delayed because it's no longer exclusive! I wasn't even that interested in the game and I'm mad. They are holding back a finished game so other systems can have it on the same day. That sadly cost them a lot of buyers for the Wii U version, coupled with the fact that it is being released in the same week GTA 5 (aka, the most anticipated game this year), and this game isn't going to sell nearly as well as it would've otherwise.

I hope this helps the Wii U version get released sooner, I really do, props to Ancel though.
