Wait..Metroids landed on Earth? Anyone seen Samus yet? I'm hoping she's in her Zero Suit.My mon and we watched alot of the videos they all posted! No one has died, I think if I read it correctly, just injured from the sonic boom, because the metroid fell in a lake!

Hello! My name is Kao and I am a Kangaroo! If you can see my kicking picture there, you can see me riding one of mine friends! I am quite popular in the area because I saved alot of animals turning in to women accsesories. It was quite painfull on the way, but I liked the experience! I plan on buying a plane with all my money I got and going on an adventure on the isles. My first adventure was when that Mcguffin Hunter cought me, but I escaped, and I don't want to let any animal in pain! What's your story, mate?

Not the sonic boom. In fact the meteor didn't even touch the ground. It simply blew up in mid air with such force that it was simmalar to a MOAB (MOAB stands for Massive Ordinace Air Blast mind you) but it was too high up for anyone to get hurt. The air currenst from the explosion is what caused all the crap to happen. The "explosion" was that big flash you saw where the meteor broke up in the atmosphere. It technically wasnt even all that bad because the meteor didn't even touch the ground. IZ ISH SMARTZ AZIAN!Guess what. They are caused by the meteorite.
Perhaps, you meant that it might be caused rather by following sonic boom, which, in turn is caused by the crash itself.

It's just as bad to have a meteorite detonate above ground as well, because the shock wave is focused directly in all directions, including the ground. It were any bigger, the area would have been decimated, like the Tunguska Event. It technically wasnt even all that bad because the meteor didn't even touch the ground. IZ ISH SMARTZ AZIAN!

Not always, this was high enough it didnt do much and it wasnt all that big.....It's just as bad to have a meteorite detonate above ground as well, because the shock wave is focused directly in all directions, including the ground. It were any bigger, the area would have been decimated, like the Tunguska Event.
