Man I have way too many problems on this site. Probably because I bought my computer 4 years ago. Anyways, I receive an error when I tried entering chat:

[#CJOIN-0] There was an error connecting with the chat room. Please notify an administrator.

And it happens everytime.

Try clearing your cache and refreshing the page that shows you the error. If that doesn't work, I'll tell IPS about it.

There's another problem with it. o.o
After a while, the PC function doesn't let you make a new one... ^^;
It also typically happens when someone joins... o.o

I reported this entire thread to IPS yesterday. I'll keep you in the loop about where it goes.

Note that they do not officially work over weekends for non-critical issues, so I might not hear back from them until Monday.
