With Nintendo having it's sucess with its 3DS system, and Sony pushing Vita-PS4 connectivity, and Microsoft playing it safe staying out. What would be your dream gaming handheld?

For me I would probably say:
- Double Screen
- HD / 3D
- Bigger than 3DS, Smaller than 3DS XL
- Have misc applications such as
-Calculator
-Translator (works on travels, and hopefully with better technology and no region-lock, translate games, at least text)
-Calender integration (Playing your favorite title and you get a reminder about an event)
- Further AR support, look at examples such as Google's Ingress or the AR mapping technology
- Google Maps / Street View (In 3D!)
- Miiverse + Social Networking Applications + Youtube
- Better Browser, on-par with Wii U
- Dual circle pad, honestly I could live without, but it won't hurt. Would seem strange though.
- Better multitask support, honestly it sucks on the 3DS, and on most gaming systems.

So many things would be fantastic, what do you think?

- Dual circle pad (i really hope nintendo releases the next 3ds with this and start having the CCPs come with 3ds so it becomes a standard
for me one circle pad limits game a lot especially since i have one hand to i cant hold a stylus in my right hand hopefully the next 3ds puts a circle pad where abxy are and puts abxy underneath the circle pad so its like the wii u gamepad

How about a wii u 2.0 that is on par or better in graphics but with the console in the controller instead of under the TV. It would then stream the image to a small device that connects to the TV. It would be a portable and a home console. With support for the old wii u gamepads too so you can use them for multiplayer, and wiimote support, and 4 gamepads this time, not 2. And an HD gamepad. All this sounds really far fetched, so maybe it could come out a generation after the next generation of consoles.
Phew! This would be awesome!

Honestly handheld gaming has never been about specs or innovation to me. My first handheld was the original gameboy when I was younger and ever since I just loved the simplicity of handheld and enjoyed the great games we get.

What I want is a handheld that reads your thoughts on how you want to play the game, and being projected on the inside of a pair of aviators. The future of handhelds... does not need hands that hold.

I would love a HD Nintendo handheld at some point, the 3D effect dosn't work very well with my weak right eye.
