Lol, chill, it's a place holder.

When I preordered my 3DS it was priced at 9999 NOK which is like 1800 USD. The price was changed to 2300 NOK when Nintendo announced the retail prices on the 19th of January :)

So nothing to worry about here. It is a Nintendo console after all.
