Appreciate the responses and link to the other thread on this issue. I'm still a bit confused though because as I said I am not getting any audio through the headset. The information I just read seems to indicate that just the chat is a problem, but maybe I'm not understanding it properly. In any case, does anyone have insight into if or when this would be resolved with a firmware release? I have a window of time to return the headset and as of now it would seem that is the best way to go until this fiasco is resolved.
