another game breaking glitch?

Hello Wii U family,
I hope you can help me with this, I died while scaping from the palace with the panacea.
Now I started with a new survivor, the thing is that all my manholes/shortcuts dissappear so I cannot go thru them, in addition I try to reach the palace thru victoria memorial but cannot find the way. I have not way to retrieve the panacea now... Posted Image(
Have you experienced this? do you know any workaround? or is it another game breaking bug?
