Gamecube, definitely. No one else seems to appreciate the thing but I think it really was one of Nintendo's best consoles. Some of their best first party games like Super Mario Sunshine, SSB Melee, Wind Waker and Metroid Prime were on it. And it didn't do too bad in terms of multiplats either, I mean how can you go wrong when you have games like TimeSplitters and the actually decent Tony Hawks?

I also love the fact that the main design was purple, even though I've always had the black Gamecube.

I'm evolving with Nintendo. Got my first NES when I was 7ish, and never looked back. Thenfirst time my Dad brought home the NES with that shiny gold cartridge, I was hooked.

Now, I will be a Dad soon. I can only hope to share this joy as I grow older.

Although Im 32, I look at videogames as a lifelong hobby. I own every Nintendo Console and my favorite is the SNES.

I think Super Metroid is the greatest game ever made.

I am thrilled to get into the WiiU, although I havent bought one yet due to all the bad press and lack of games. Now, as then onsole picks up steam, I am going to get one.

Any tips for getting the most out of the console? Games, controllers, apps, etc?

No. I'm monthly payment out. Too much stuff is monthly and I can't do another. I rather just buy a game when I want to buy a game. If you want renting go to Gamefly and DRM is the worst thing. Thing is while Dgitial is not my prefered format (physical is) if I can back up the games I have then I like that. A service no thanks I'm pretty weary of digital as is when we have cases like Skull Girls. I don't want to be always online. I would not support any console that made me be online all the time.

Bad casting. WW needs to be a strong looking woman and tall and has a commanding presence. This casting is just a super model to be the mgean fox of the film.

i deleted hulu, amazon and a few other things i don't use from the gamepad. my question is , is there any way to move my other programs into these empty slots? i like a clean interface, and if i can fit all my games on one page i would like to. thanks

As the doctor said, press down on the app you want to move until it lifts away from the other apps, then just drag it to where you want (hold it against the edge of the screen to change screens/desktops/whatever you wanna call them).

 

My menu is in a checkerboard layout.

You should be able to just "press down and hold" then move. Like on every touch device.

Ahh, I don't know if I can wait for Christmas for this one.  But as soon as I buy it, my wife will kill me.  "What am I supposed to get you for Christmas if you keep buying yourself everything you want??"  ....

Got it too. I voted for online play although I don't play it very much. I voted for it because I know it will help Nintendo in the long run.

 

 

 

...I really want an online Mario Party. Seriously.

As I was scrolling down the thread, I thought to myself, "I bet Nollog and Gaymer are going to say they want new IP's, not sequels/remakes."  

 

I've never played SMSunshine and would like to see it on Wii U VC.
