So I have had my Wii U for almost a year now and I have done the data transfer, but the eshop won't give me the discounted price even though I had bought it off Wii VC back on my old Wii.

So yeah is anyone else who bought this game have this issue?

So I had to buy a new Mario Kart 8 disc from Amazon since my first one went bad, and upon further inspection I had noticed that it has shiny spots on it on the label. Which seems to be the label with a few chips in it revealing the disc under it. Awhile back someone else posted a pic showing this problem as well on another forum. Mine are kinda like his.

So yeah should I contact Amazon and get a replacement? Or will it not hurt much? 

My Copy of Warriors Ororchi 3 Hyper game cover art is Chipping/peeling, is this commom, what should I do? I have photo to provide as well.
