Nintendo has said they are gonna release a F-Zero game for the Wii U. They said its gonna be GX with online play thats all. I think just re-releasing a game with a bit more is just stupid like they did with Animal Crossing: City Folks (Let's go to the city).

If they are gonna release a new F-Zero game, it needs:

• New Characters (as well as the good old ones)
• New Tracks (as well as bringing the old ones back)
• Customize karts/ Tracks/ Characters (people online can download tracks)

The last F-Zero game was F-Zero GX on GameCube.

On the stationary console, yes. But the real latest F-Zero game was the F-Zero Climax on the Gameboy Advance that was released in October 21, 2004.

Not my fault. I love the F-Zero series and I accidentally know much about F-Zero...

I hope it'll be more like GX, but should still be different from its predecessor. I'll be very happy if Hidenori Shoji and Daiki Kasho will be the composer for the new F-Zero because I love what they did to GX.

Or maybe they have made it, and are working on it but just not have officially announced it so they can save it for the Wii U (I'm being a tad too optimistic).
Pikmin 3, however, was originally made for the Wii but was then halted to be moved over to the Wii U.
