*Update* I popped in to my local GAME today to check my preorder, the lady who I spoke to took my reward card and a bunch of folders out back to speak to the manager and left me standing there for 10 mins, by which point I was getting worried. She then came back and told me that our store has 19 consoles coming (5 ZombiU Bundles, 7 Premium Bundles and 7 Basic Bundles) and all the pre orders are gone, my face dropped but then she said out of all 19 pre orders sold I was the 3rd person to pre order one so I'm Guaranteed one on day 1 as long as I get there about an hour before they open which I was going to do anyway. My face proceeded to light up I was so happy so I shook her hand said thank you and then left. On my way out though my heart dropped remembering all the other people who might not get one on day 1, this is a really bad situation for some people and I stand by my statement Nintendo are wicked at making consoles but they just can't do launches right, they need to sort this out, they've been in the business for over 2 decades now, you think problems like this would have been ironed out years ago. Such a shame for some

Thinking about it, the wii u is capable of MMO's so we could get The elder scrolls online. I still haven't had a chance to play skyrim yet but I did love oblivion.
What I'd love is if they remade Arena, daggerfall and morrowind and put them all on one disk/ make it downloadable on console

If Bethesda were to have Skyrim on the Wii U, they better not half-ass it like they are doing with the cursed PS3 version.
Whether they do or not doesn't effect me much as I always get Elder Scrolls games for the PC, simply for the ability to add mods.

Yeah, support for the 360 version was definatly better, they need to up their game whatever they do.

another thing that looks favorable for bethesda on wii u is that they dont really push the graphics to the limits i mean, Fallout 3 and NV + skyrim dont look bad but arent either the last tech in graphics know what i mean? they are average, i think the wii u can handle these engines pretty well

i say this because they said long time ago that they will suport the wii u if "powerful enough"

Wii U Could handle Skyrim easy and the next game in the series

I loved Skyrim completely and due to my current situation I had to sell my Xbox 360 to get a Wii U so I sold all my games too. Wii U looked just awsome and I wanted to go back to my favorite company, Nintendo, it's where I feel at home, I absolutly hate Micro$oft for the direction they are taking. It got to the point where the only thing I used my Xbox for was Skyrim, now don't get me wrong if Skyrim didn't come to the Wii U I would feel a little dead inside, but to be honest Wii U has soo many good games coming I probably would forget about it soon enough. To me though Skyrim was beautiful, massive and epic for all the right reasons plus I never got to finish it I suppose all I can do is hope about a year ago Bethesda said that they would consider supporting Wii U and that it might not be too hard to do it http://www.joystiq.c...-a-possibility/ but hopes were dashed slightly last month http://www.joystiq.c...t-gen-consoles/ they seem to be very cautious at the moment, I just really hope they do it, please Bethesda bring my fave game for escaping too my new fave console. i would rather have the best mass effect game with all dlc , with gamepad features, and miiverse. than a trilogy of games i dont care 2/3 about. lol ( no dlc either)

I was a fan since it was a 360 exclusive, the only reson I got the 2nd 2 was the story, that's what drives Mass Effect if you only like 1 of them that's your loss mate. Other than the Mass Effect series EA will never get another penny off me, I havn't liked them since the start of this gen, you know they really deserved that Golden Poo award.

Games prices are getting so expensive and seeming as I'm unemployed at the moment, I'm really struglling, I hate it cos it's my fave hobby, without games I'd be nothing, plus there are absolutly no jobs here in the UK, I know over 30 unemployed people and I know there are millions more out there, I come out of college with top marks in everything and this is what I get, I know every country has it's problems, but the UK is a very sh**y place to live right now :'(

Looking good, more games the better, Ubisoft are fantastic they are really giving Wii U everything they've got, let's hope it pays off.

I need a DBZ game on Wii U, Weather it be fighting game or an RPG (definatly be the first DBZ RPG in a while on home consoles) maybe DragonBall Online, the asian MMORPG that hasn't come west yet, that would be brill, if done right of coarse, waddayou DBZ fans think? Welcome!! i understand your situation totally cos i've been gaming on my 360/ps3 for most of this gen, when i saw E3 2011, i went back to nintendo i can't sell my 360 quite yet cos i want to guarantee a version of GTA V and Watchdogs, if we get both on wii u then i will probably sell my 360 soon after. anyway Goku, im sure you'll have a great time.

btw i played the wii u at euro gamer. absolutely epic!! the controller is unbelievably comfortable as well

Hi thanks for the welcome it's good to know that the controllers comfy, I was curious about the Wii U after E3 2011 but since E3 2012 I've been drooling over it the only games that made it hard for me to sell my 360 was the Mass Effect Trillogy and Skyrim, I know were getting Mass Effect 3 for the Wii U but I'm not buying it, I hope they bring the whole trillogy to Wii U seeming as EA now have access to all three. If Skyrim and GTA V come to Wii U I'll be like a kid at Christmas

Some people say well why don't you wait for the 720 or PS4, I say I don't like the direction Microsoft are going and I havn't liked Any PlayStation product since the PS2.
