Yep. Another delay. And it seems weve been misled on the dev...gearbox ported it out to someone else. This isnt good at all. Il be wastin' em on my ps3 instead. Keep bangin those nails into wii u's coffin devs! Great Work!

U see whats happening here? The issue with bricking is fading , being explained etc. Now we have this bcoz its the next best thing/excuse to damn the wii u. Dont believe a word of it.

I dont know if anyone here has read the article on Nintendo Gamer : The Wii u is doomed! Its a great article dismissing all these niggles about new consoles. Its very level headed in its approach and will put many of u at ease

Is this more unsubstantiated rubbish?? fed up of hearing it now! Thats slow , this is slow! Im still gettin a wii u. Look at the snes....now that had slowdown with sprites on screen when to many...yet what a console it turned out to be. It was king. Water off a ducks back to me lol

What's it freezing on? I've not had any issues with mine..wondering whether its just a disc/game issue.

I've got zombieU, blackops2 on disc. Downloaded trine2. These all work splendidly..miiverse I go on a lot aswel. No issues..before or after updates.

Its freezing on the notifications / messaging part of the menu. Always just there....nowhere else. Play games no problem , browse eshop no problem , go through other parts of menu no problem. Its this one issue. Weird

Not so much a skin as such...but if anyones interested HMV in uk are selling a silicone case for the gamepad. Its in black or white and its pretty cool. The only thing i dont like is when its on it wont sit in charging dock properly to charge , but i just connect the cable at the top instead and it does still sit on the dock though. Its made the pad feel much more sturdy and looks great. No more fingerprints either

They also sell a screen protector.

Seeing as the CPU has been constantly put through the wringer this week i thought id try to get us off the subject now . So i was wondering if we are any closer to knowing which gpgpu is in the console? Ive heard 6760 but i dont know , any thoughts?

Reading on Avforums , a little while ago a senior member wrote about being sceptical about the 6760 emails from Amd , so he himself set about emailing Amd himself. He was expecting to de-bunk this story....but guess what..he received an email back from Amd confirming it is indeed a modified 6760 in the Wii u ! This guy assured the forum he is 100% genuine in emailing Amd himself and staked his reputation as a senior member on Avforums. He posted the email reply in his post. He also emailed Nintendo seeking further confirmation. Alas the big N neither 'denied' nor confirmed it , but thats Nintendo...as secretive as ever. Hmmm....

It still begs the question....why come up with that specific gpu model number in the email from AMD? Why not some other/any model gpu from , say , the last 2-3 years? It seems specific if u see what i mean. Oh well lol the mystery goes on

I asked a nice chap at HMV today : "Sir , have you received shipment of the Wii U yet"? "Indeed we have Sir!....The ' U ' has landed" I was then told to present myself at the store on friday to collect
