So after playing Super Mario 3D World... It's a great game that's packed full of great gameplay. ...While it lasts, that is. The game was INCREDIBLY short; I was able to finish it within probably 2 weeks of playing it 1-2 hours every other day. So yeah, it's a great game, but it's much, much too short. Especially compared to previous Mario games. Maybe there's one more world left or something...

Yes, it's very short. I feel like I've barely played it at all, and I'm already in world 6.
Everybody talked like this was such a masterpiece and that the levels were so much larger than Super Mario 3D Land's. The levels still feel VERY small. I do think it is a significantly better game than Super Mario 3D Land in ways, but it still feels very short.

Metroid Prime Trilogy came in the mail today! One thing's for sure... I won't be playing that game late at night! :D It's definitely very... interesting... I played it for about an hour. Seemed kinda slow to start, and it's a tad confusing, but it was enjoyable. :)

w00t! Gonna get a 3DS XL for Christmas! :D My sister went into town today and picked one up for $150 (gotta love Black Friday). Can't wait to play some games on it! Speaking of which, I'll have to buy some games... Which should I get first?

Mmm, all good choices... But I'm afraid I'll only be able to afford one for now. :/ I'll probably get an endless game like Mario Kart or Animal Crossing to keep my occupied until I get some more games. Thanks for the suggestions, though! :D

Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Fire Emblem: Awakening and ALBW. That should last you a while.
