ugh finally got the xenoblade smash poster. Now if this other company that actually TOOK Money from me would stop being a while sling of profanity that pissed me off today this day could be salvaged.

Hopefully now they can go back and do the original story plans for the first one. How did Raiden become a cyborg? How did he save Sunny? This is literally the only big plot point that wasn't explained, and I want it.

we may hear what happened to Wii's The Grinder next month from High Voltage. No not a release just why it was cancelled. Also maybe another game but I think it's grinder

In honor of people spreading mis-information, I offer this clarification: They're charging for the ability to respawn /right/ where you died instead of the last checkpoint. Which could either be "eh, fine" or "BACK TO THE BEGINNING OF THE LEVEL, PEASANT"

it's not the kinda game I'd enjoy because of the mechanic but my god the music in Kirby on Wii U is so SNES like and just 90's games in general. Kinda earthboundy at times aslo. Has a sound might hear on a SEGA CD or cheerful anime of the era. I need the OST

Well, Earthbound and Kirby both came from a joint project with Nintendo Satoru Iwata over at Hal Laboratories. Come to think of it, Kirby has always had fantastic music.

yeah but this is not typical Kirby happy go lucky music. Like they channeled music from gaming of the 90's from almost everything but Nintendo. Even a tune a little Ys like. They truly made something special in the OST this time. Such a shame I hate that canvas curse play style. It's so dull to me

man Elite Dangerous looks awesome to me and honestly I think Metroid could use a lot of ideas for this. An open world er space game where you are free to explore but also of course take missions and missions for the main story. command the ship in cockpit view. land on your own fly on your own and when on missions can be in space. can get into space fights with space pirates. seek them and they seek you. Land on planets to carry stuff out but like MP3 be limited. So take MP and add the open w...

Ships would have 30-40 crew members, maybe more. And there would be hundreds of large ships. If you don't want to go the large ship route you can buy a small ship and be a pirate or scavenger.

That's kinda what STO is. I just think elements of ED make sense for Metroid but not all of it would work like micro managing a ship and fuel and power and such. Great in another game not great for Metroid. XCX is huge open world. Hyrule huge open world. Lets have one for Metroid in space

I agree wholeheartedly. A game of that scope in the metroid universe would be amazing. Those games are huge undertakings, however, but I think Retro is up to it. Could be why they're holding out on showing their new game, it's so big that they need to take their time.
