Ahh ****. I kinda hate /r/nintendo now. A couple of people ganged up on me and called me a kid with no future and started hurling insults on me after I said that Nintendo should restructure their business plan to attract both the hardcore and casual. They immediately assumed me as a CoD kid and started bashing me. :,(

Wealthy town ordinance: You can sell stuff for a higher price than normal... that's pretty much it, nothing too major happeneds, and Beautiful town basically makes more flowers pop up, less weeds, less brown muddy spots etc. makes your town more beautiful
If you want to upgrade your house, go with wealthy town.
