You control a lead guy who can switch out depending on the "formation" you choose. The "formation" you choose makes different weapons and combat styles. Do you want a link to some gameplay?

Yeah that'd be great! I am trying to decide between Pikmin 3 and this. I am leaning towards this because I never played Pikmin 1 or 2 and especially now that you said it's less of an RTS (I've never been very good at strategy games).
